According to the Bharati media reports the Hindu Mahsabah culprits who blew up the innocent civilians on a train have now been arrested. They are now in custody and seem to have confessed to the crime. The saffron terror has showed its nasty face again and the proof is out in the open.

The main accused in the Samjhauta blast case, Swami Aseem anand has been vindicated. Aseemanand has reportedly confessed to the crime that led to the death of 68 people with the majority being Pakistanis. The confession was made to the CBI and confirmed that Hindu terrorists were behind the blast.

News One India The Hindustan Times reports that “In a dramatic development on Thursday, top sources revealed that Swami Aseemanand had confessed before a magistrate to his involvement in the Samjhauta train blast of February 2007. Aseemanand, who heads the Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram in Gujarat’s Dangs district, was arrested on November 19 last year his alleged involvement in the Ajmer, Hyderabad and Samjhauta Express blasts, all of them in 2007.”The Bharati media is reporting that “Aseemanand has also confessed that his alleged right hand man Sunil Joshi, who was murdered in mysterious circumstances in Dewas in Madhya Pradesh on December 29, 2007, was behind the Malegaon bombing of September 2006, sources said. What makes Aseemanand’s confession valuable as evidence is that it has been made before a magistrate under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and is thus admissible as evidence and cannot be retracted. Other witnesses, who have also recorded confessions under the same sections, further strengthen the case against Aseemanand and his accomplices.”

This is part of the growing menace of Hindu fundamentalism that now permeates the Bharati Army. The HT further notes that “On the night of bomb blast in the Dargah Ajmer Sharif on October 11, 2007, for instance Sunil Joshi had claimed before at least two persons that it was ‘his work’. Both these people now form part of a group of 11 very important witnesses in the Ajmer blast case, who have all given statements before a magistrate under Section164.”

The RSS was responsible for the assassination of Mr. Mohandas Gandhi and after being banned for decades finally unbanned. It has been involved in a wave of terror in Bharat. According to the HT “All these witnesses in the case, at some point, have been associated with the RSS or its affiliate organisations. Their deposition completes the chain of evidence in the matter, which is why Sec 164 was used by Rajasthan ATS.”

The Bharati newspapers states that “The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has followed suit in its probe into the Samjhauta blasts case. NIA investigators have also recorded the statement of a witness, Bharat Bhai, under section 164 of the CrPC.”

Bharat Bhai is also a witness in the Ajmer Blast case and there again his statement was recorded before a magistrate under section 164 of the CrPC.
