Pakistani Liberal and Foreign Owned media offers the same stale, retrograde fare that’s been used by the state, semi-state or Murdock owned networks for decades. The Liberal news leads with the daily antics of foreign Presidents, the insignificant machinations of the legislature, followed by celebrity and “human interest” stories and gossip. The Same hackneyed talking heads appear to disparage Eurasia or Oceania or Islam or some other enemy. British and American media still act like proselytizing missionaries determined to force their views on far flung countries. The local acolytes simply parrot the message sent out by the foreign news media. Read any of these sites, and one will find the so called analysts mimicking the “Talking Points” sent from their foreign masters.As the Nation’s commercials depict –the obsequies press does not have the temerity to stand up to the lobbies (foreign and domestic). Who has the impudence to show a backbone against those that want perpetual mimetic warfare? The sickly scent of defeat wafting over the Neocon crusade has permeated into the fabric of Pakistan airwaves emaciating the freedoms. The resurrection of the Socratic injunctions and Palto’s lectures against democratic (yes, strange but true) ideals and these series of imposed Peloponnesian wars are debasing our flag, and sabotaging the free republic and the ideals for which it stands.

Far far away from the apocryphal atoll of sanity and our beloved Pakistani Camelot is the acquiescent Liberal press, the atrophying legislative and a subservient executive branch. Unless and until our media drops the Neocon jargon, and the Foreign inspired language, it will never be able to unshackle itself from the current Orwellian nightmare.

The Liberals in Pakistan are in a panic mode. They don’t know how to battle the voice of the people of Pakistan. They can’t handle the truth. The Pakistani ”Liberal” media is getting more and more disparate. The digital divide is as wide as the schism between MSNBC and Fox. The sad truth is that in Pakistan “Fox” (Fear Mongers) is supported by big bucks coming from Multinational Dollars, while the MSNBC (Truth Brigade) of Pakistan struggles on Rupees and and a cadre of volunteers who protect the idealism of Pakistan. In America Fox is a right wing propaganda tool and MSNBS is a Liberal media outlet. In Pakistan the Liberals are Anti-Pakistani and dislike the nation, the republic and the flag for which is stands.

Pakistan has a cancer. It is called the Convent schools. They breed a sense of disloyalty to Iqbal and Jinnah and a sense of loyalty to Shakespeare and English. Nothing intrinsically bad about Shakespeare or English—after all neither Keats, nor Tennyson prevented the Americans from revolting against the British Crown. Neither Byron nor Tennyson stopped the Australians, Canadians, Australians and the Kiwis from rejecting subservience and slavery. In Pakistan it is different—these convents continue to churn out individuals who are totally divorced from the rest of Pakistan.

These export factories “called schools, create a cadre of people that are indifferent to and oblivious to the needs and aspirations of the people of Pakistan. Aitcheson College, Jesus and Mary COnvent, St. Pats, St. Josephs, St. Mary’s, Grammar School, St. Anthony’s and the like are in the business of preparing Pakistanis for England and America. Most work for multinationals who work for the all mighty Dollar.

Worse still these “bots” out of the convents want to remake Pakistan in the image of Bharat, or England, debase the Crescent and the Star and violate the glorious injunctions of the faith.

These convent bred snobs are a product of a devious education system implanted by Lord McCauley who wanted to generate a cabal of locals who looked like the locals but thought like the British. Unfortunately the internet has become a refuge of these scoundrels who try to speak for Pakistan, but don’t know its language, its heroes or its aspirations. For a while they had reign of the internet—and tried to disparage Pakistan and Islam for the sake of McCauly’s vision. For a while they sold their wares to the Americans and the Europeans. However their fifteen minutes of fame is over. The Westerners understand that the likes of Hoodbhoy and his underlings at the Payola mafia do not represent anyone in Pakistan—the Payola gang represents themselves. They have now panicked, because they have been challenged on the internet—not by gun wielding long bearded mullahs who want to impost their religious beliefs—but these WOGs (Westernized Oriental Gentlemen) have been challenged by scores of internet sites run by dedicated Pakistani nationalists, who have gone to the best schools in the world and know what they are talking about. Iqbal was inspired while in Germany, Jinnah became a nationalists in England, Liaqat Ali learned his Pakistani genetics in the British colonial empire. Amazingly these so called Liberals who have tried to control the blogs and the internet sites have no shame in disparaging Pakistan and the ideology of the country.

Unable to handle the challenge they do what is second nature to them—they resort to intellectual vandalism to try to silence the patriots. They resort to character assignations based on rumor, innuendo and gossip. These WOGs are very proud of their English language skills and their hubris doesn’t support the Ivy League rebuffs—rather in a rigged system their position only represents their parents fortunes. Unable to be selected by the Pakistani engineering and medical academies, these WOGs make it to the West and get second and third rate credentials. They however are always good at English, and try to use that as club against the real Pakistanis with humble beginnings. These WOGs are the darlings of a section of the West which wants to find excuses to disparage and demonize the original inhabitants of the Indus, the Nile and the Tigris.

These WOGs have set up blogs which espouse the Neocon philosophy—and sell their agenda as gospel. These so called Non-practicing Muslims are part of the mosaic painted by dawn.com and the dailytimes.com. A constant stream of venom oozes from these sites. These sites and those who write for it belong to the “Blame Pakistan First” crowd—the motley crowd who neither believe in the vision of Pakistan not its history. They will pick on the smallest little thing and build a case around it. Folks like Najam Sethi lead the crowd. They have tried to mutilate the history of South Asia, disparage Jinnah, reduce the stature of Alama Iqbal, and attempted to expunge the visage of Liaqat Ali Khan from Pakistani history. Dawn.com reproduces the same of venom against Pakistan and Pakistanis on a periodic basis. One of those what write for Dawn.com is Mr. Paracha, a total failure in life, a fifth column in the ranks of the faithful—this drug addict sells his garbage in “The Smokers Corner”.

These news outlets and their mafia will stop at nothing against those who differ with them intellectually. Unfortunately for them—a plethora of citizen journalists and nationalists have now taken the mantle to challenge the likes of Payola, Mohammad Taqi, and Omar Ali.

To turn off the venom spewing Liberal Fascists, the spigot has to be turned off. Pakistan cannot afford a two-track education system, one creating subservient classes of servants and another creating an elite who want to be masters–on the dole of powers outside Pakistan.

This cabal is impressed by the Bollywood face and all it represents. For folks who live in a make believe world of Bollywood’s tinsel town, it is difficult to find reality in the Shanty-towns of Gharabibad. What began as a few hours of escape from the drudgery of the slums of Mumbai and every other major city–has now become a major propaganda tool for Bharat. For the “bots” impressed by Bollywood, it is hard to imagine a better world than Bharat. The Bharatis and these Liberals are fed on Nehruian drama and temple indoctrination. The progeny of the folks who live, die and procreate on the sidewalks of Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkota, Benaras and all other major cities of Bharat—the young Bharatis cannot imagine that their neighbors have a better life. How could they. They have been fed the big lie by the Tata’s and Ambanis who wrap their corruptive exploitation in the tri-color and try to sell it to impoverished Bharatis. The Bharatis know no better—they were conned into buying crap disguised as “The Hindustan” and “The Ambassador”. The Fiats circa 956 are still sold to the Hindustanis and the cars permeates the clogged arteries which pass as roads in India. That failure in Bharat cannot be allowed to seep into Pakistan. Pakistan’s model is China not Bharat. The Pakistani nation is a bulwark against the subterfuge and sabotage that is being waged against Pakistan. “Davis’ is but a symptom of this war waged on Pakistan. The cultural wars are more insidious and more dangerous. While Daily Times and Dawn.com wage this sabotage, they are in fact allied with those across the border that send mercenaries to blow up the minorities, the mosques and the schools.

The battle lines have been drawn. Its good versus evil. It s the Pakistan Times and The Nation versus the Daily Times and the Dawn.com. Pakistanis see through those who are espousing “Aman kee Asha” and those who are propagating “Pakistan”.
